The Journal has an editorial board consisting of recognized and well-published experts in the field of development and governance studies. At least three members of the Board are not affiliated to the College and at least one member come from an institution outside the Philippines.
The editorial board is the highest decision-making body of the Journal. The members of the board are experts with reputable academic and professional standing. As members of the Board, they are tasked to review and approve the editorial policies of the JPAD. They also act as ambassadors of the Journal, who help the editors in promoting the JPAD. They may also serve as consultants on issues that may arise out of the comments and suggestions of article reviewers and if there any alleged publication misconducts under investigation. Likewise, they may also be tapped as article reviewers.
The editorial board, having a two-year term, is headed by the chairperson, who is the current dean of CPAf. After two years, members will be asked if they are interested to continue their membership in the JPAD editorial board.
